Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare in Delaware County, PA is hiring a Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems. You will be a primary contact, assess needs, connect with resources, and advocate to promote stability for children and families.

Ideal candidates have a passion for child welfare and social work, with flexibility for non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for families navigating social service and legal systems.
• Connect families with housing, financial assistance, healthcare, and counseling resources.
• Monitor family progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust service plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements.
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as necessary.

Pay Range: $40,000-$45,000/yearly

About The Role

JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for families, assess needs, connect them with critical community resources, and provide ongoing advocacy and support to help families achieve stability. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, or Social Work.
