Job summary

JusticeWorks Family of Services in Lycoming County, PA, is hiring a Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems. This full-time salaried role involves serving as a primary contact for families, assessing needs, and connecting them with community resources to achieve stability.

The position requires an Associate degree, a valid driver's license, willingness to work evenings and weekends, and fluency in English (Spanish preferred).

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for families navigating social service and legal systems
• Connect families with community resources such as housing, financial assistance, healthcare, and counseling
• Monitor family progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust service plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as necessary
