Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families as they navigate social services and legal systems. You will serve as a primary point of contact for families, assess needs, and connect them with resources.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background clearances. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; evening/weekend availability. Monroe County, PA.

Pay Range: $38,000 - $40,000/yearly

About The Role

JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for families, assess needs, connect them with critical community resources, and achieve stability.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle
• Ability to pass all required background clearances
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
