JusticeWorks Family of Services in Luzerne County, PA, is hiring a Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families as they navigate social services and legal systems. You will serve as a primary contact, assess needs, and connect them with critical resources to achieve stability.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, case management, documentation, transportation when needed, and collaboration with housing, healthcare, and counseling providers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Provide crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for families navigating social service and legal systems.
• Connect families with community resources such as housing, financial assistance, healthcare, and counseling.
• Monitor family progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust service plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements.
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as necessary.
• Support families through the service process and coordinate with partners to ensure stability.
