Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Family Advocacy Case Manager in York County, PA to support families as they navigate social services and legal systems. You will be a primary contact, assess needs, connect clients with essential resources, and help achieve stability.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with insurance, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Evening/weekend hours are required; English and Spanish fluency is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with reliable vehicle access.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for families navigating social service and legal systems.
• Connect families with community resources such as housing, financial assistance, healthcare, and counseling.
• Monitor family progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust service plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements.
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as necessary.

Pay Range: $37,000 - $40,000/yearly
