• Bachelor’s degree in social work or human services fields such as psychology and child development.
• Bilingual and fluent in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide access and referral service coordination for families via phone, website, email or fax.
• Ensure all contacts are served timely and in keeping with families’ rights and needs.
• Connect callers to most appropriate internal and/or external resources and follow up until needs are met.
