MHMR is seeking a Help Me Grow Navigator to provide access and referral service coordination for families contacting MHMR through multiple channels. You will connect callers to appropriate internal or external resources and work with families until all needs are met and follow-up is scheduled.

This role emphasizes the mission of MHMR and adherence to the agency’s 7 key principles for early intervention in natural environments, with a bachelor’s degree as a minimum and bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or human services (e.g., psychology, child development).
• 2 years of work experience in early childhood development.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide access and referral service coordination for families via phone, web, email, or fax.
• Ensure timely and appropriate responses and follow up to meet families’ rights and needs.
• Connect callers to internal or external resources and work with families until needs are met.
