United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County is seeking a Program Director for Help Me Grow in Bexar County to plan, implement, and evaluate early childhood initiatives. The role oversees HMG components, coordinates with Ready Children partners, and drives sustainability, policy advocacy, and fiscal management.

The position supervises the Care Coordinators, maintains compliance with funder requirements, and fosters cross-program collaboration to improve outcomes for families with children aged 0–5

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience planning, coordinating, managing, and evaluating programs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and protected health information requirements.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic direction for ongoing development and implementation of HMG in Bexar County and align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with UWSA staff and partners to plan and coordinate future initiatives and strengthen partnerships.
• Manage the HMG budget and monitor program expenditures.
• Lead program evaluation and quality improvement, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Supervise and mentor HMG Care Coordinators; ensure staff development and grant compliance.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Ready Children partners and community organizations.
