Job summary

Kindering in Bellevue, WA is seeking a full-time Family Support/Service Coordinator to assist families through referrals, evaluations, and IFSP processes. You will connect families with internal and community resources, funding, and services while coordinating across agencies.

The role emphasizes collaboration with schools, insurers, and providers, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring compliance with IDEA Part C and Medicaid requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in social services or early support preferred; AA accepted as well.
• Experience in social services or early support highly preferred.
• Fluency in another language preferred (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals and schedule developmental evaluations to determine eligibility for Part C services.
• Serve as point of contact to help families obtain needed services, funds and assistance.
• Coordinate evaluations and identify service providers available to the child and family.
• Maintain documentation of FRC activities and agency records, billing, and tracking.
• Communicate with insurance billing, service providers, school districts, and other agencies as needed.
