Job summary

Kindering Center in Renton, WA is seeking a dedicated coordinator to help families access Part C services for young children with developmental disabilities. The role involves coordinating evaluations, referrals, and service providers, while ensuring documentation and confidentiality across agency records.

You will collaborate with insurers, school districts, and community partners to support IFSP goals and family-centered planning, ensuring timely compliance and service access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to social services or early support services preferred, AA degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• Experience working in a field of social services or early support highly preferred.
• Fluency in another language highly preferred (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals and schedule developmental evaluation to determine eligibility for Part C services.
• Serve as point of contact to help families obtain services, funds and assistance within Kindering and in the community.
• Coordinate evaluations and assessments and identify service providers for child and family.
• Maintain documentation of FRC activities in each child's file for agency records and billing.
