Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Full-time experience in educational settings or event coordination.
• Experience in developing and implementing programs in higher education settings.
• Experience with communications for larger audiences.
• Experience with web content management systems using Adobe InDesign (or related products).
• Experience with managing undergraduate students.

Responsibilities

• The Family Program Associate (temp) will support the programs and services for Carolina family members and serve as the office's primary resource for new student and family communications.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise NSFP's Student Project Coordinator team.
• Direct and lead outreach and education for parents and lead and develop communications and family relations, including website, social media, print publications, and general communication efforts to campus partners.
