Qualifications

• Post‑baccalaureate degree required; undergraduate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience may be substituted.
• Experience with Youth/Family Peer Specialist roles or similar positions is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and cross‑agency collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination for implementing Family Peer services with selected provider agencies.
• Deliver formal and informal training and technical assistance on best practices for implementation of Family Peer Support.
• Develop trainings and certifications aligned with national standards.
• Support FPS sites in recruiting, hiring, training, supporting, integrating and evaluating FPS staff.
• Provide direct support to families across NC.
