Sutter West Bay Medical Group seeks a full-time physician leader in Complex Family Planning to develop and lead a system-aligned reproductive health program at CPCH/SWBMG. The role expands access to advanced contraception, high-risk services, and abortion care, with dedicated time for program development alongside outpatient consultative care.

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO with board certification/eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Experience in complex contraception and high-risk family planning consultative care.
• Training and/or experience in abortion care (medical and surgical).
• Experience leading program development, quality improvement, and/or clinical operations across sites (preferred).
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Eligible for California medical licensure.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CFP program across SWBMG sites.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and define program metrics.
• Support provider education and workforce development.
• Partner with Women's Health Service Line leadership.
• Standardize clinical protocols and workflows for abortion services.
