Job summary

Codman Square Health Center in Dorchester, MA, is seeking a Practice Supervisor to oversee Family Medicine and Urgent Care operations. This role ensures access, patient flow, and strong revenue cycle performance, partnering with Clinical Leaders and Nursing to support high-quality, patient-centered care.

The successful candidate will lead front-end staff, manage scheduling, hold performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, diverse ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare operations experience.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of front-end operations, scheduling, and revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front-end and operational workflows for Family Medicine and Urgent Care.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues impacting patient access or clinic flow.
• Ensure consistent execution of Codman operational workflows and policies.
• Lead onboarding and training to ensure adherence to Codman workflows and systems.
