Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; May substitute education with equivalent years of experience.
• 7 Years Of Applicable Experience Required
• Experience in leading programs, budgeting, and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of program/project activities and sets deadlines.
• Manages budgets, contracts, and expenditures while ensuring compliance.
• Develops and updates internal policies and procedures.
• Coordinates with senior management and other departments on strategic initiatives.
• Prepares progress reports and grant proposals for private foundations and governmental agencies.
