Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• Five (5) years related work experience required.
• Advanced office software knowledge; university finance systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business, financial, clinical, educational, and research processes.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for division operations.
• Manage contracts, invoicing, and fiscal integrity.
• Lead recruitment, HR processes, and personnel records.
• Coordinate budgets and reporting; ensure compliance.
