Hire Consulting Services in Chehalis, WA seeks a Family Medicine Physician for a permanent, full-time role within a patient-centered, community-based care setting. You will work with clinical leadership to develop standards and ensure compliant practice across services.

You will render services, provide continuous care, stay updated on CDC/infectious disease guidance, document records, and participate in call coverage, peer review, and departmental meetings to improve patient care and workflow.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine with residency in Family Medicine.
• Board certified in Family Medicine is required.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice in Washington state.
• Unrestricted DEA registration for prescriptive authority.
• FTCA or equivalent professional liability coverage eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice post-training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to perform all physical demands of the role with or without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Render professional services within scope and in compliance with laws and standards.
• Provide continuous care and supervise diagnostic and treatment services.
• Stay current on CDC guidelines and disseminate updates to staff.
• Complete medical records in a timely manner per policy.
• Devote full-time efforts to clinical practice; outside activities allowed if not affecting practice.
• Provide clinical consultation and be available for diagnosis/treatment questions.
• Participate in peer review processes for clinical privileges.
• Review test results and implement appropriate care for absent providers' patients.
• Participate in rotating call coverage with other physicians.
• Communicate with patients and families; explain procedures and treatments.
• Contribute to planning goals and policies for medical management.
• Maintain relationships with referrals and consultants; ensure follow-up.
• Attend conferences/seminars for networking and CE.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient flow and experience.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across departments.
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel health.
• Encourage patient self-management education.
• Attend department meetings and complete trainings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
