Accounting Search is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization in Washington. This permanent, full-time role involves working with clinical leadership to develop standards and procedures, coordinate diagnostic and treatment services, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires MD/DO degree and completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program.
• Board certification in Family Medicine is required.
• Current, unrestricted Washington medical license in good standing.
• Unrestricted DEA registration for controlled substances.
• Qualifies for FTCA or equivalent professional liability coverage.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice post-training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to perform all physical demands of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Render professional services within scope of training in compliance with laws and current standards of practice.
• Provide continuous care and supervision to patients; direct and coordinate diagnostic and treatment services.
• Stay current on CDC guidelines and pharmaceutical updates and disseminate to staff.
• Complete all medical records in a timely manner per policy.
• Foster collaboration across departments and provide clinical consultation as needed.
• Participate in peer review to maintain clinical privileges.
• Review test results for absent providers and implement appropriate care.
• Collaborate with referral sources and consultants; ensure follow-up on consults.
• Attend conferences and continuing education to stay current.
