Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization in Washington. This permanent, full-time position involves leadership collaboration, policy development, and comprehensive patient care within a PCMH framework.

Relocation assistance is available. Candidates must be board-certified in Family Medicine with a WA license, a valid DEA, and at least 2 years post-training clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Board certified in Family Medicine (required).
• Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in Washington (required).
• Unrestricted DEA registration (required).
• FTCA or equivalent professional liability coverage qualifies (required).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice after training (required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Render professional services within scope of training in compliance with laws and standards.
• Provide continuous care and supervision to patients; direct and coordinate diagnostic and treatment services.
• Stay current on CDC guidelines and medical updates; disseminate to staff as appropriate.
• Complete all medical records in a timely manner per policy.
• Participate in call coverage on a rotating basis with other physicians.
• Provide clinical consultation and be available for questions about diagnosis and treatment.
• Attend conferences and seminars for networking and continuing education.
• Improve patient flow and the overall patient and family experience of care.
