Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a patient-centered, community-based organization in Washington. The role involves developing clinical standards, coordinating diagnostic and treatment services, and ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations.

The physician will participate in governance, staff education, and collaborative care under a PCMH model. Relocation assistance is available and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine with completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program (required).
• Board certified in Family Medicine (required).
• Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington and in good standing with the medical board (required).
• Unrestricted DEA registration with prescriptive authority for controlled substances (required).
• Qualifies for insurability under FTCA or equivalent professional liability coverage (required).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice/patient care experience post-training (required).

Aufgaben

• Render professional services within scope of training in compliance with laws and standards.
• Provide continuous care and supervision to patients; coordinate diagnostic and treatment services.
• Stay current on CDC guidelines and infectious disease developments and disseminate to staff.
• Complete all medical records in a timely manner per policy.
• Devote full-time efforts to clinical practice; outside activities permissible if not affecting practice.
• Provide clinical consultation to other providers; be available for questions on diagnosis and treatment.
• Participate in peer review processes for maintenance of clinical privileges.
• Review test results and implement appropriate care for patients of absent providers.
• Participate in call coverage on a rotating basis with other physicians.
• Communicate with patients and colleagues; explain procedures and treatments.
• Plan and establish goals and policies to improve medical management.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and consultants; ensure follow-up.
• Attend conferences/seminars for networking and CE.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient flow and experience.
• Foster positive relationships across departments; care coordination via daily huddles.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel health.
• Empower patients through self-management education.
• Attend monthly department meetings and complete trainings.
