Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a patient-centered, community-based health system in Washington. The physician will help develop clinical standards, oversee diagnostic and treatment services, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities include providing continuous care, coordinating services, staying current with medical guidelines, and participating in peer review and care coordination within a PCMH

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with ACGME Family Medicine residency.
• Board certification in Family Medicine and valid WA license.
• Unrestricted DEA registration and professional liability coverage.
• Minimum 2 years of post-training clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Render services within scope and comply with laws and standards.
• Provide continuous care and coordinate diagnostic and treatment services.
• Disseminate CDC/infectious disease updates to staff.
• Maintain timely medical records per policy.
• Offer clinical consultation and participate in peer review.
• Support care coordination and patient flow in PCMH model.
• Attend department meetings and required trainings.
