Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a patient-centered, community-based organization in Washington. This full-time role emphasizes team-based care, policy development, and clinical leadership to improve patient outcomes.

You will work with leadership to develop standards, oversee diagnostic and treatment services, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, while providing high-quality care to patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice in Washington state.
• Unrestricted DEA registration with prescriptive authority.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice after training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive family medicine care and supervise diagnostic and treatment services.
• Stay current with CDC guidelines and infectious disease updates and share with staff.
• Complete medical records promptly per organizational policy.
• Provide care within a Patient-Focused Medical Home model and collaborate with leadership.
• Participate in call coverage on a rotating basis and support quality patient care.
• Foster relationships with referral sources and consultants.
