You'll work with experienced litigation staff, receive mentorship from a board-certified family law attorney, and collaborate in a team-focused environment that values balance, professionalism, and growth.

At The Alsandor Law Firm, we do not expect new lawyers to arrive knowing everything—and we do not expect experienced lawyers to work without support. You’ll work within an established family law practice with experienced litigation staff and direct access to mentorship from a board-certified family law attorney. Expectations are clear, supervision is appropriate to your experience; collaboration—not isolation—is how work gets done.

If You Are a Newly Licensed Attorney:

• You will receive training, supervision, and clear direction

• You will not be sent to court unprepared

• You will learn how to draft pleadings, communicate with clients, and manage cases correctly

• Questions are expected—and encouraged

If You Are an Experienced Attorney:

• You will have litigation and administrative support, not unnecessary micromanagement

• You can focus on advocacy, strategy, and client representation

• You will have access to mentorship and collaboration, not practice in a silo
