The Alsandor Law Firm in Houston, TX, is seeking a board-certified or highly experienced family law litigator. You will act as a quality checkpoint, reviewing work before it goes to clients, and lead a team of associates and paralegals. Your judgment will shape the firm’s strategy and standards.

You’ll be part of a boutique practice focused solely on Texas family law, with a hybrid schedule and a strong emphasis on coaching and raising the bar for the team.

Formación

• Board-certified or highly experienced family law litigator.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership ability.
• Upholds standards for drafting and client communication.

Responsabilidades

• Review and approve work before it goes out.
• Develop associates and paralegals; mentor junior staff.
• Serve as go-to attorney when managing attorney is away; influence firm-wide work.

What you’ll get

• $165,000 – $200,000 base salary
