Qualifications

• High School Diploma and a minimum of two years of peer recovery experience as an adult in recovery.
• Working knowledge of community services in the local five-county area.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with families at reunification to share information on community recovery resources.
• Provide documentation and feedback to the child welfare case manager.
• Conduct home visits to ensure engagement and progress of identified families.
• Recognize crisis situations and take appropriate action in line with policies.
• Enter data into FSFN and produce periodic reports as requested.
