Job summary

Qualifications

• Lived experience with substance use disorders and personal recovery.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to pursue CRPS certification within one year.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and refer clients to community resources for basic needs.
• Provide services promoting wellness, recovery and resiliency.
• Assist clients in building support systems and access to services.
• Advocate to improve access to treatment and information.
• Participate in clinical staffing decisions about clients’ needs.
• Provide support and supervision to program clients.
• Collaborate with WestCare staff to maintain professional image.
• Engage in recovery-related activities and outreach planning.
• Adhere to WestCare’s mission and perform other duties as assigned.
