Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive as needed.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with families to support treatment engagement and retention.
• Provide outreach, support, and linkage to recovery resources.
• Develop Recovery Plans with measurable objectives and culturally competent services.
• Attend Family Team Meetings and participate in case consultations.
• Educate families on navigating treatment, social services, and recovery systems.
• Serve as a positive role model by sharing knowledge, hope, and recovery strategies.
