Job summary

World Relief seeks a Family Case Management Case Associate to support refugees and immigrants without Medicaid in accessing healthcare services in Chicago. The role also helps connect immigrant groups to health knowledge and wellness, while expanding community connections and reducing isolation.

This is a limited‑term position funded through a grant until 6/30/2027 and contingent upon funding extension. Driving and collaboration with local churches are key aspects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compassion and cross-cultural sensitivity.
• Commitment to World Relief's mission and values.
• Ability to pass MVR and have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in case management or office environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable driving for group activities and events.
• Assist eligible clients in identifying and accessing healthcare resources and Medicaid options.
• Provide case management including scheduling appointments and coordinating transportation.
• Maintain confidential case files per grant requirements.
• Collaborate with World Relief staff, partner organizations, and local churches.
• Support group activities and social outings to build community.
