World Relief in Chicago seeks a dedicated case manager to support immigrant families with public benefits, healthcare access, school enrollment, and referrals. The role focuses on welcoming families, coordinating services, and guiding them through a new city environment.

This limited-term position runs through 6/30/2027 and offers meaningful, mission-driven work within a faith-based organization. It requires compassion, organization, and strong advocacy for vulnerable clients.

Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith and alignment with World Relief's mission.
• Strong interpersonal and relational skills for diverse communities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with immigrant families to assess needs and connect to services.
• Assist asylum seeking families in accessing public benefits and health services.
• Orient participants to the healthcare system and help with appointments and transportation.
• Provide education about new surroundings in Chicago and community resources.
• Schedule and accompany clients to appointments with social services and medical providers.
• Maintain accurate client files, notes, and reporting records.
• Participate in department meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
