Sci Corp is seeking a Family Service Counselor in Orlando, FL to serve families by arranging cemetery services and selling pre-need plans. You’ll be the primary contact, building trust, guiding families, and generating revenue through tailored solutions.

Responsibilities include lead generation, client follow-up, and collaboration with funeral directors to ensure high-quality service and strong referrals. Evening/weekend availability is required as per business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of college or an equivalent education and experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales industry experience preferred.
• Current state/province driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Lead generation: prospect for 1–2 hours daily and obtain referrals.
• Build relationships with families through empathetic, responsive service and clear communication.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to provide seamless service and protect families into the future.
