Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of FCC sites and manage program staff.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the program and funders.
• Maintain MIS paperwork and analyze site productivity.
• Coordinate with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure patient safety and confidentiality in all procedures.
• Support budgeting in collaboration with Hospital administration.
• Involve in staff training and performance evaluations as directed.
