Job summary

Child & Family Services is seeking a FIT Paraprofessional in Fall River, MA to support intensive family therapy, care coordination and targeted case management for youth with SED. You will work on a multidisciplinary team under supervision to implement treatment plans and coordinate services, including education system liaison and outpatient linkages.

The role requires an Associate's degree or higher in human services, availability for evenings/weekends, and a valid driver's license for travel

Qualifications

• Interns in MA-level degree program in human services field.
• BA level degree or associate's degree in human services.
• Ability to navigate child/family–serving systems and advocate for families.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the family and team to implement interventions and safety planning.
• Support treatment planning and assist with therapy sessions.
• Provide coaching to assist in decision-making in crises and non-crisis situations.
• Attend school meetings and assist with education system coordination.
• Engage in discharge planning and linkage with outpatient providers.
