Job summary

Child & Family Services Inc. seeks a Family-Based Intensive Treatment Paraprofessional in Massachusetts. You will join a multidisciplinary team providing intensive family therapy, care coordination, and case management for youth under 21 with SED.

Travel and evening/weekend availability are required, with strong emphasis on collaboration and advocacy. You will support clinicians, attend therapy sessions, assist with school plans/IEPs, and help connect families to outpatient services while

Qualifications

• Interns in MA-level degree program in human services or BA/AS in the field.
• Availability during evenings and weekends is required.
• Experience navigating child/family serving systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with family and team to implement focused structural/therapeutic interventions.
• Attend and assist family therapy sessions; provide coaching and advocacy.
• Engage in care coordination, school meetings, and IEP planning.
• Assist in discharge planning and linkage to outpatient services.
