Job summary

Child & Family Services, Inc. in Fall River, MA is seeking a Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Clinician to join a multidisciplinary team providing intensive family therapy, care coordination, and Family Partner support for youth under 21.

You will perform home-based assessments, develop treatment plans, conduct CANS and CRAFFT assessments, coordinate with schools and providers, and participate in discharge planning while maintaining thorough documentation in the youth's EHR.

Qualifications

• Masters-level degree with license eligibility to practice behavioral health with youth and families.
• Experience with youth/family behavioral health services is preferred.
• Ability to navigate child/family-serving systems and advocate for families.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive home-based assessments with families.
• Develop initial treatment plans and ongoing risk and safety assessments.
• Conduct CANS-MA and CRAFFT assessments where applicable.
• Coordinate care with schools, outpatient providers, and collateral supports.
• Maintain thorough documentation in the youth's EHR and ensure discharge planning.
• Provide on-call support and crisis guidance as part of a rotating system.
