Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass background clearances and pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for families navigating social service and legal systems.
• Connect families with housing, financial assistance, healthcare, and counseling resources.
• Monitor family progress and adjust service plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements.
• Transport clients using personal vehicle when necessary.

About the Role

JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, or Social Work.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle
• Ability to pass all required background clearances
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
