JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a compassionate Child Advocacy Case Manager in Luzerne County, PA for a part-time, hourly role that supports youth and families. You will assess needs, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with schools and partners to connect families with services.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to work evenings and weekends, with a focus on safety, documentation, and program standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support children’s emotional, physical, and social well-being
• Observe and document behavior, academic progress, and home environment
• Manage complex cases, including intake, assessment, service planning, and follow-up
• Assess situations, identify challenges, and develop practical solutions to overcome barriers
• Collaborate with families, schools, agencies, and community partners
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program standards

About The Role
