Job summary

Soliant is seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students during an FMLA leave for Fall 2026. This full-time role serves PreK–5th grade with a caseload of about 45–50 students, addressing articulation, language development, and AAC needs in a supportive elementary school setting.

• Experience with pediatric caseloads in school settings.
• Proficiency in assessments and therapy for AAC users.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SLP interventions for PreK–5th grade in a school setting.
• Manage caseload of about 45–50 students.
• Conduct evaluations and develop IEPs.
• Provide therapy including AAC devices.
• Collaborate with educators, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain records for compliance and progress meetings.
