Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a 2026-2027 contract at a middle school, 1.0 FTE (37.5 hours/week) across two sites. The assignment runs from September through early June, delivering school-based services.

You’ll perform targeted assessments, IEP development, therapy, and progress monitoring, collaborating with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to support student communication and learning.

Qualifications

• Minnesota SLP license and CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred (middle school).
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to manage a caseload and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted speech-language assessments, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring for middle school students.
• Develop and implement IEPs, maintain documentation, and participate in student support meetings.
• Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language services across classrooms and resource settings.
• Partner with teaching staff, families, and support personnel to foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to ongoing evaluation and adaptation of speech-language programs.
