Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to cover a maternity leave, mid-September through December, working with students from Young 5 through 3rd grade. You will provide essential speech-language services in a supportive educational setting with a manageable caseload and a consistent 24-hour weekly schedule.

The role focuses on language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatic communication goals, with collaboration among teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or SLP-CFY eligibility.
• Experience with school-age children, preferably in an elementary setting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse learner needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in Young 5 through 3rd grade.
• Conduct assessments and interpret evaluation results.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Support students’ language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatic communication goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to instructional planning.
