Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC credential required or in good standing.
• California SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience with elementary populations preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to elementary-aged students in individual and group settings.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment goals and intervention plans tailored to each student.
• Collaborate with general and special education teachers, support staff, and families for integrated student care.
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress towards IEP goals.
• Participate in school-based meetings, including IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Engage students in creative activities to strengthen communication skills.
