CHESS Christian School in Springboro, OH, is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to support the upkeep of our building and grounds. This full-time, 2080-hour annual role involves routine maintenance, minor repairs, and coordination with the Operations Director to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for students and families.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and committed to safety and Christian values as part of daily school operations.

Formación

• “Born again” Christian with an active, growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
• Faithfully attends and supports a local church whose beliefs are in agreement with the CHESS Statement of Beliefs
• Agree with, support, and abide by the CHESS Christian School Statement of Beliefs, Lifestyle Statement, and Educational Philosophy
• Able to pass a background check
• Previous hands-on experience in general maintenance, handyman services, property maintenance, construction, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to perform common facility repairs, including drywall patching, painting, basic carpentry, minor plumbing repairs, and general building upkeep

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility
• Identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs with the Operations Director
• Respond promptly to facility issues to minimize disruption
• Assist with minor plumbing repairs, including unclogging toilets and drains
• Provide supplemental janitorial and custodial support as needed
• Assist with snow removal and grounds maintenance
