Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field; minimum one year related experience preferred.
• Experience working with homeless or formerly homeless individuals preferred.
• Valid Texas driver's license with acceptable driving record and liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the resident life cycle from enrollment through progression, transition, or exit, providing ministry support and accountability.
• Assess resident needs and update enrollments, services, and progress in CaseWorthy.
• Meet with residents weekly to develop and monitor service plans and goals.
• Connect residents to counseling, education, workforce development, medical care, benefits, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to management.
• Support program structure and safety by reinforcing policies and conduct expectations.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and collaboration with staff and volunteers.
• Provide guidance to new staff and facilitate ministry activities from a Biblical perspective.
