Job summary

The position involves assisting with check-in/check-out processes, de-escalation of conflicts, and occasional travel for training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in Concierge Support of Social Work related programs preferred.
• Willing to be trained in verbal and non-violent conflict de-escalation/resolution techniques.
• Must have a valid government-issued driver’s license.
• Willing to sign WRM's Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs all guests and clients entering Mission property.
• Maintain situational awareness to identify safety hazards.
• Enforces access control and visitor management policies at locations.
• Adheres to all WRM rules, regulations and standards of conduct.
• Maintains professional relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Monitors vendor check-in and check-out logs.
