Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. in Mission, Kansas seeks a Weekend Monitor/Support Staff for the Mobile Mission, providing evening campus safety and client supervision under the Operations Manager or Chaplain.

Responsibilities include observing client needs, reporting issues, organizing clothing closet and supplies, completing incident reports, and assisting staff and guests while upholding the organization’s guidelines and mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must exemplify Christian commitment and ethical conduct.
• Weekend Monitor or Support Staff experience or training may be applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides night-time campus safety services for the Mobile Mission.
• Observes and reports client needs and problems to Chaplains or supervisors.
• Organizes and distributes clothing closet, facility supplies, and inventories.
• Gathers confidential client information and completes Med Call and supervision as needed.
• Completes Accident and Incident Reports accurately and promptly.
• Serves clients and guests in a gracious, friendly, and helpful manner in line with guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or Mission management.
