Job summary

University of Utah’s Obstetrics and Gynecology Department is hiring a Workforce Operations Generalist to plan and implement HR processes for onboarding and offboarding, credentialing, licensing, and academic reviews. The role reports to the department and supports HR services at the unit level, coordinating with Central HR.

The position offers full-time hours, on-site scheduling, and a pay rate range of $40,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant HR experience.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and credentialing for faculty and APCs.
• Familiarity with RPT and FRA processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete hiring and onboarding processes for faculty and APCs.
• Coordinate and complete offboarding processes.
• Coordinate and supports credentialing, re-credentialing, and licensing.
• Coordinate annual FRA, TFR/CFR, and faculty contract renewal processes.
