Job summary

University of Utah Health – Academics seeks a Workforce Operations Generalist to plan and implement onboarding, credentialing, licensing, and academic review activities for the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. You will provide workforce support to the department, partnering with management to deliver HR services and coordinating with Central Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; 2 years related work experience for level I or a Master’s degree for equivalence.
• Level II requires 4 years of related work experience or 2 years with a Master’s degree.
• Level III requires 6 years of related work experience or 4 years with a Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements onboarding, credentialing, licensing, and academic review processes for Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Coordinates hiring and onboarding, including posting positions and coordinating interview itineraries.
• Supports credentialing, re-credentialing, licensing, and faculty contract renewals; serves as HR liaison between unit and Central HR.
