Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of progressively responsible professional human resources management experience.
• Knowledge of Federal and State employment and hiring laws and regulations.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (PeopleAdmin) and Banner; professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR consultant for recruitment, screening, and selection approval of faculty, full-time and part-time positions.
• Provide professional consultation and training on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices to campus managers.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and university system employment policies and recruit and develop staff workforce.
