College of DuPage is seeking a Manager, Faculty Experience and Systems to oversee faculty support systems, including evaluation platforms and LMS functions, and to lead initiatives in instructional technology and AI adoption across divisions. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing professional development for faculty.

The position requires a Master’s degree, 3+ years in higher education operations, and experience with enterprise systems like

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Strategic Management, Organizational Leadership, Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field required.
• Doctoral degree (PhD or EdD) in a relevant discipline preferred, or in progress.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education, academic operations, faculty support, instructional technology, or a related area required.
• Experience managing or supporting learning management systems (LMS), faculty evaluation platforms (e.g., Watermark), or similar enterprise systems strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of faculty support systems, including student evaluation platforms (e.g., Watermark), LMS functions, and related instructional technologies.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting of faculty evaluations, development, and system utilization; provide insights to Deans and leadership.
• Support initiatives related to AI and instructional technology with adoption, training, and innovation opportunities.
• Develop metrics and KPIs related to instructional quality, faculty engagement, and system effectiveness.
• Collaborate with divisions to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and improve faculty experience.
• Manage lifecycle of student evaluations and observation-related processes with cross-divisional partnership.
• Design and deliver faculty onboarding experiences with multiple delivery modalities.
• Lead faculty development initiatives including new hire orientation and ongoing training on instructional excellence and AI in education.
• Provide operational leadership for faculty evaluation processes with timely execution and clear communication.
• Support events related to faculty engagement such as commencements and recognition programs.
• Participate on College committees and cross-functional initiatives.
