Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in CS or IT or equivalent.
Four years of progressively responsible experience in systems analysis/design/app development.
Experience in web-based and cloud environments; project leadership preferred.
Experience with Crystal Reports, SQL Server, and/or ad hoc reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Supervise programmer analysts and plan, assign, and evaluate work.
Lead from design through implementation and maintenance of software systems.
Ensure quality, productivity, and adherence to development standards.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop plans.
Provide technical direction and mentoring to staff to support growth and project delivery.
Review technical work products for compliance with standards and best practices.
