Job summary

American Indian College Fund seeks a detail-oriented Faculty Development Program Coordinator to support faculty across 34 tribal colleges. You will coordinate an annual two-day conference, manage fellowships, and oversee faculty PD courses and workshops.

Based in Denver with a flexible remote option, you’ll build relationships with faculty and staff, monitor budgets, and help deliver programs that advance teaching and scholarship across Native higher education.

Qualifications

  • Two years of professional work experience.
  • Experience tracking budgets, conference logistics, or grants.
  • Experience planning events or meetings.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in written and verbal form.
  • Strong program and time management.
  • Proficiency in Office programs and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for an annual, two-day academic conference.
  • Manage contracts and disbursements for the faculty fellowship program.
  • Oversee registration and logistics for faculty PD courses and workshops.
  • Contribute ideas for improving program implementation and monitoring.
  • Maintain up-to-date faculty lists and support stakeholder communications.
